By executing the SaaS Agreement providing access to the 1516 Enterprises SaaS service, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Notice Specific to Software Available on This Site

Any software and/or service that is made available to from this Site or directly from 1516 Enterprises (collectively, "Software") is the copyrighted work of 1516 Enterprises and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms and conditions of the SaaS Agreement. No end user shall install any Software from 1516 Enterprises. By accessing and using the 1516 Enterprises from the Site, the end user hereby agrees to the applicable Terms of Service.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Reproduction of pages, either by photos, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited under these Terms of Use. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible and 1516 Enterprises will be entitled to immediate termination of the SaaS Agreement with notice to the Customer.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCING THE SOFTWARE OR PAGES OF THE USER INTERFACE TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

IF THE SOFTWARE IS COVERED BY A WARRANTY, SUCH WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN, THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF SERVICE. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Unless waived by 1516 Enterprises in its sole and absolute discretion, the venue and jurisdiction for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the State of Ohio, and a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the county of Columbus, Ohio.
